How do I track my delivery?
Your Tracking Number + a direct link to your Shipment Tracker is included in the email we send you when your order is dispatched. Simply click the button in the email to check where your package is.

How do you ship my products?
We ship in mailing bags with the Ethical Pack stamp as a proof that they are produced in a sustainable way. They are produced in Denmark of 100% recycled plastic. The bag contains no heavy metals or any material that could harm the nature. 

Do you deliver to Australia?
Unfortunately, no. We only deliver to countries in EU for now.

Do you deliver to France?
Yes! We deliver to France using PostNord Home/pick-up point, GLS or DHL Express. Delivery time is 2-3 business days and costs around €10. You will see delivery- cost and time on checkout.

Yes! We deliver to Germany using PostNord Home/pick-up point, GLS Home/pick-up point or DHL Express. Delivery time is 2-3 business days and costs around €10. You will see delivery- cost and time on checkout.

Yes! We deliver to Italy using PostNord Home/pick-up point, GLS Home/pick-up point or DHL Express. Delivery time is 3-5 business days and costs around €10. You will see delivery- cost and time on checkout.

Yes! We can deliver to your home, work or a pick-up point if the shipping method you choose provides those services in your country.

You will be notified when your order is processed, when it's dispatched and when it's ready for pick-up(if using pick-up point).

Can I get a faster delivery?
No. We always ship as fast as possible. In some cases, you will be able to pick an economy option for cheaper delivery on the cost of delivery time.

Can I order and collect from a store?
